No cash refunds. Within 5 days of delivery you can exchange your item or return it for store credit: a promo code for the value of the returned product. Every exchange carries a processing fee of ₹250, which covers the logistics and operational costs of the exchange.

To start an exchange or return, write to reachus@peaceinchaos.in within 5 days of receiving your order. Keeping in mind the hygiene requirements for our goods, every item we receive goes through a quality check before it is accepted. We can't accept an item if:

• it has been worn or used
• it is damaged
• it doesn't have all its tags

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
